The Porcelain Crab Array Database(PCAD) is a Stanford University Microarray Database powered data warehouse.

PCAD stores raw and normalized data from microarray experiments, as well as their corresponding image files.  In addition, PCAD provides interfaces for data retrieval, analysis, and visualization.
